With extensive experience in financial management, organizational operations, and strategic planning, Phyllis has spent her career ensuring that resources are used wisely, transparently, and in alignment with mission-driven goals. Her reputation for accuracy, accountability, and thoughtful stewardship made her a natural choice when the Board appointed her as Chief Financial Officer. She also serves as Chair of the Fundraising Committee, where she skillfully blends creativity with disciplined financial oversight to support successful campaigns and meaningful donor engagement.
